believe the power should be limited to the power that is in the Constitution.
Private property rights should be respected, and the federal government
should not inferior with the development of potential energy sources.

Education
Party’s Position: We believe that parents can choose which and what type of school their child/children should attend. We believe that all teaching is related to basic assumptions about God and man.

Party’s Position: The Constitution party believes in a sustained reform of the system of Federal taxation. We believe that money functions as both a medium of exchange and a symbol of a nation’s mortality.
